3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when your goods are dispatched and we issue a dispatch confirmation.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:

• Item out of stock
• Payment authorisation failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing or description error
• System or procurement failure
• Failed customer validation checks

3.4 If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery options and estimated timescales are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5.2 Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including courier delays, supplier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

5.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items will fit into the property, including access via doorways, staircases, hallways, and lifts.

5.4 We are not liable for items that do not fit due to access restrictions.

5.5 If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, access issues, or incorrect information, additional redelivery charges may apply.

5.6 Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

5.7 Ownership of goods passes only once full payment has been received.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately.

6.2 Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled subject to our Refund Policy.

6.3 If goods have been dispatched, return costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

6.4 Made-to-order or customised goods cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

6.5 Any cancellation rights remain subject to applicable consumer legislation.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

7.2 Returned items must be unused and in original packaging where reasonably possible.

7.3 Refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory requirements.

8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the goods.

8.4 We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for delay or failure resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Transport disruption
• Supplier shortages
• Industrial disputes
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
